Naze'en Varz' (Na-zen' Varzh)
High level true jedi knight sentinel shadow with a black lightsaber
Naze’en Varz’ was born in a coistered monastery above one of the valleys of the Rezur. His father was human and his mother was a near-human descended from the Star-People, as well as a Jedi Master of considerable power. His father, Manul Hafod’, had chosen to join her in this hidden monastery of the acnient and mostly hidden Jedi Order as an administrator of the grounds, as had many other people there. His specialty was in books and languages, and his love of knowledge seeking permeated the young life of Naze’en. His mother, Kalessa Karn-Hafod’, was a true Jedi Guardian Master of great talent and taught him to build fantastic weapons and to wield them with aplomb. This balance in his teaching caught the eye of true Jedi Sentinel Master S’i’grn Balik, who took him as padawan. In his studies, Naze’en had become acquainted with severl evils threatening the peace of the central lands and took special note of the unnatural progress of the goblin nation of Yan-Tek. He and his master spent many long months in the jungles, battling goblins, hobgoblins, jovians, and devils of all kinds to thwart the masterful infernal plans of the Jade Empire. Once he became a Jedi Knight and parted ways with his master, Naze’en focused his studies and work on the western country of the Yan-Tek empire and the nations bordering there. So it is that Knight Varz’ became aware of the workings of the Church of the Lightning Mind / Order of the Final Void in the area and their hidden connection to the ancient order of Sith. Seeing the makings of a true disaster at hand, he sent word to the order and, concerned that it may not reach them in time or be diverted along the way, also made mental contact with his former master. Together, they combined efforts to direct an ongoing attempt to reach, breach and destory a wilderness stronghold and expand it to a multinational effort. This brought the Jedi order once again from its hidden status into the public eye. His work must, for now, at least, be that of strengthening the position of the Jedi in the tower until they are appropriately connected to it and the world.
